Mindful, Observation, Take Action

The standard is to visit the vets annually (more frequently recommended for young pups, large breeds and athletic dogs – every 2-3 months and pet dogs recommended every 6 months) but there are other checks you can do at home, at least every 2/3 months to keep check on your dogs physical and mental health.

We will ask you to focus on you and your dogs activities from day to day living and here are a few things to focus on:

YOU and being aware of your feelings and expectations, observing your dog in day to day activities and when to take action.

SHOULD do vs Needs to do. KNOW THE DIFFERENCE AND BE MINDFUL.

Time spent with dog – What do you get up to?

YOU NEED TO KNOW WHAT IS NORMAL TO KNOW WHEN SOMETHING HAS CHANGED – SO WHAT DO YOU KNOW ABOUT YOUR DOG – Behaviourally and physically?
